Where do you sell?
WooCommerce
The easiest way on WordPress: install our plugin and you’re live. No code to paste, no theme files to edit.
- Sign up and add your products — photos named by each product’s SKU, or import your catalogue straight from WooCommerce on a paid plan.
- Download the plugin below. In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the file, then Install Now and Activate.
- Open Settings → tryitonme, enter your store id from the dashboard and save. It says “Connected”.
- That’s it. A “Try it on” button — and, if you like, a badge on the product photo — appears on every product that has a try-on. Buy now adds the product, in the shade or variation chosen, to the cart.
Shopify
Paste one snippet into your theme once, and every product page passes its own code automatically.
- Sign up and add your products, named by each variant’s SKU — or import your catalogue straight from Shopify on a paid plan.
- In Shopify, go to Online Store → Themes → … → Edit code and open your product section (often sections/main-product.liquid).
- Paste the snippet where the button should go — usually just above Add to cart — and replace your-store-id with your store id. Or copy the ready-made version from your dashboard’s Integration page.
- Save. The button appears on every product that has a try-on, and Buy now can add the product straight to the Shopify cart.
<script onload="loadTryOnButton({
psku: '{{ product.selected_or_first_available_variant.sku }}',
page: 'product',
company: 'your-store-id',
buynow: { enable: 'true' },
prependButton: { class: 'product-form' },
tryonButtonData: { text: 'Try it on' }
});" src="https://app.tryitonme.com/integrations/tryon_api.js"></script> Any website
Wix, Squarespace, BigCommerce, Magento or a site you built yourself — anywhere you can add a script to your product pages.
- Sign up and add your products, named by product code (SKU).
- Paste the snippet into your product page template, or your platform’s “custom code” setting for product pages.
- Replace your-store-id with your store id, and PRODUCT-CODE with your template’s tag for the page’s product code. The dashboard writes it for you, with the button’s place and style filled in.
- Buttons appear only on products that have a try-on, so you can roll out at your own pace. Buy now can go to the product page or run your own cart code.

Looks good when shared
Pasted into a chat or a post, a try-on link shows the product’s picture and name.
Works inside social apps
If Instagram’s or TikTok’s built-in browser blocks the camera, shoppers can open the phone’s browser, copy the link or use a photo.
Clips that bring people back
Shoppers save a 10-second clip of themselves wearing it, with your store and the product’s link on it — made for posting.
FAQ
Integration questions
Do I need a developer?
No. On WordPress, install the WooCommerce plugin. On Shopify or any other platform, if you can paste a snippet into your theme or a “custom code” setting, you can add it — the dashboard writes it for you. With no website at all, just share links.
Where do I find my store id?
In your dashboard, on the Integration page — along with a ready-made snippet that already has it filled in.
Is there a Shopify app?
Not yet. Today Shopify stores paste a short snippet into their theme’s product section. It takes a few minutes and works on any theme.
Will it slow my store down?
No. The script on your page only checks which products have a try-on and places the button. The try-on itself loads only when a shopper taps it.
What happens when a shopper taps Buy now?
The try-on closes and your page receives the product and colour chosen. It can add the product to the cart, run your own code, or simply go to the product page. In a try-on link, Buy now goes to the product page or any “where to buy” place you set.
Can I change how the button looks?
Yes — text, colours, border and corners, with a separate style and position on mobile. You choose exactly where on the page it appears, and you can add a “Try it on” badge to product photos too.
Can I add products from my shop automatically?
On paid plans you can import your catalogue from a spreadsheet, a Shopify shop or a WooCommerce shop, including names, links and the first photo.
