Terms of service
Last updated
These terms are an agreement between you — the business or person using TryItOnMe ("you") — and PT. Inreality Solusi Inovatif, Graha Pena Unit 702, Jl. Raya Kebayoran Lama No. 12, Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia ("we", "us"), which operates TryItOnMe. By creating an account, starting a free trial or using the service, you accept them. If you accept for a business, you confirm you may bind it.
1. The service
TryItOnMe lets you add products, prepare them for virtual try-on, show the try-on on your website and in try-on links you share, and see analytics about how shoppers use it. The service is the dashboard at app.tryitonme.com, the try-on window, the website code and plugins we provide, and the related emails and support. We improve and change features over time; we'll tell you in advance about changes that materially reduce what your paid plan includes.
2. Accounts and teams
- You must give accurate details, keep them up to date and keep passwords safe. You're responsible for everything done in your account, including by the team members you invite.
- A login can run more than one store where your plan allows it; each store has its own plan, billing and data.
- You must be at least 18 and using TryItOnMe for your business.
3. Free trial and the Free plan
- New stores get a free trial of 14 days of the Pro plan, without a payment card. During the trial the try-on pauses when the trial's try-ons are used up; nothing is charged.
- When the trial ends without a paid plan, your store moves to the Free plan, which includes 100 try-ons a month and pauses at that limit. Your products and settings are kept.
- We offer one free trial per website. We may ask you to confirm your email before your try-on goes live, end a trial that breaks this rule, and change or end trial offers for new sign-ups.
4. Plans, try-ons and billing
- Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Orders are processed by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, under Paddle's buyer terms; Paddle handles payment, invoices and applicable taxes. Prices are shown on our pricing page in US dollars, excluding applicable taxes.
- Try-ons. Each plan includes a number of try-ons a month. One try-on is one shopper trying one product; opening the same product again within 10 minutes counts once. We count try-ons from our own records; automated traffic we recognise isn't counted.
- Extra try-ons. On paid plans the try-on keeps working past the included try-ons. Extra try-ons are charged per 1,000 (or part of 1,000) at your plan's rate after the month ends, and never more than the monthly spending cap set in your dashboard (by default your plan's monthly price). When the cap is reached, the try-on pauses until the next month.
- Products are unlimited within fair use. A catalogue of more than 25,000 products needs an Enterprise agreement.
- Changes. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice by email; the change applies from your next renewal after the notice.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and isn't renewed, and your store then moves to the Free plan.
- Refunds are covered by our refund policy: your first payment for a plan within 14 days, unused AI credit packs within 14 days, and charges made in error. Renewals, used try-ons and used credits aren't refunded, except where the law requires; cancel before a renewal to avoid it.
- Unpaid amounts. If a payment fails and isn't fixed, we may pause your paid features or move your store to the Free plan.
5. AI credits and done-for-you setup
- AI clothing try-on uses credits bought separately: one credit per AI photo. Credits don't expire and can't be exchanged for cash; a photo that fails gives its credit back. Unused credit packs can be refunded under our refund policy.
- If you order done-for-you catalogue setup, we'll agree the products, price and timing with you in writing before we start.
6. Your web address and links
Where your plan includes it, you can serve try-on links from your own domain. You must own or control the domain and keep its DNS record pointing to us. If your plan stops including it, links on your domain redirect to our address for 14 days and the domain is then released from our service.
7. Your content and your shoppers
- You keep all rights to the images, models, product information and logos you upload ("your content"). You confirm you have the rights to use them, and you give us a licence to store, process, adapt (for example remove backgrounds or prepare 3D views) and display them only to provide and improve the service for you. You can delete your content at any time.
- You're responsible for your products, prices and the places you send shoppers to buy, and for telling shoppers on your website that you use a virtual try-on and its analytics. Our privacy policy explains what we collect when shoppers use your try-on; for that data we act on your behalf.
- We may use anonymous, aggregated statistics (never your content or anything that identifies a shopper or store) to run and improve the service.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use TryItOnMe to break the law, sell illegal or adult products, infringe anyone's rights, mislead shoppers, upload harmful code, overload, scrape or probe the service, get around its limits (for example by opening several free trials for one website), or resell it without our written agreement. We may remove content or suspend a store that does.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep TryItOnMe available and fast, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available" and may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. The try-on depends on the shopper's device, browser and camera, and on third-party services; we don't promise it works on every device. Support is by email, at the level your plan includes.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
11. Ending the agreement
You can stop using TryItOnMe and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, after notice where reasonable. When an account is closed we delete its content, except what we must keep by law (for example invoice records).
12. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and tell store owners by email about material changes at least 14 days before they apply. Continuing to use TryItOnMe after that means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and disputes that can't be settled between us go to the South Jakarta District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan). These terms are written in English; if we provide a translation and the two differ, the English version applies, except where Indonesian law requires an Indonesian version to prevail.
