Refund policy
Last updated
Every new store can try the full Pro plan free for 14 days, with no card, before paying anything. Because you can test TryItOnMe fully first, our refunds are limited to the cases below.
When you can get a refund
- Your first payment for a plan: if you ask within 14 days of your first payment for a subscription, we refund it in full and end the subscription. This applies once per store and once per customer.
- AI credit packs: within 14 days of buying a pack, we refund the credits you haven't used.
- Charges made in error: if you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged for extra try-ons you didn't use, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund what was charged wrongly.
- Where the law gives you a right to a refund, we always honour it.
What isn't refunded
- Renewals of a subscription (monthly or yearly). You can cancel at any time in Plan & billing, and you won't be charged again; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Upgrades and plan changes after the first 14 days, partial months or years, and try-ons included in your plan that you didn't use.
- Extra try-ons and AI credits that have been used — the service was delivered.
- Requests after 14 days, or repeated sign-up-and-refund cycles; we may decline a refund where the service has been misused or these terms broken.
How to ask
Email hello@tryitonme.com from the email address of your account with your store name, or reply to your Paddle receipt. You can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Who processes payments
Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles payments, invoices, refunds and sales tax for us. See also our terms of service.
