By purchasing Virtual Try-On services at TryItOnMe.com, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding with the transaction.
1. General Terms
1.1. TryItOnMe.com is a Virtual Try-On service provider that allows users to try products digitally before purchasing.
1.2. This service is only available to customers who have made payments according to the applicable terms.
1.3. By conducting a transaction, you acknowledge that you have understood and agreed to all terms mentioned in this document.
2. Pricing and Payment
2.1. Subscription prices are displayed in United States Dollar (USD) and may change at any time without prior notice.
2.2. Payments are made in full in advance for a subscription period of 6 months per SKU.
2.3. Available payment methods include bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets through our payment service providers.
2.4. If payment is unsuccessful or delayed, the service will not be activated until payment is confirmed.
3. Service Activation and Validity Period
3.1. The Virtual Try-On service will be activated within a maximum of 5 business days after payment confirmation.
3.2. Each subscription is valid for 6 months from the activation date and can be renewed by making a payment before the validity period ends.
3.3. If the subscription is not renewed, access to the Virtual Try-On service will automatically terminate after the subscription period ends.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
4.1. Service purchases are final and cannot be canceled after payment is confirmed.
4.2. We do not provide refunds except in cases of system errors on our part that prevent the service from being used for more than 72 consecutive hours.
4.3. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after service activation and include valid proof.
5. Service Usage
5.1. Customers are prohibited from using the Virtual Try-On service for illegal purposes or those that violate applicable laws in USA.
5.2. Service usage must comply with TryItOnMe.com policies, including not misusing features or attempting to access the system without permission.
5.3. TryItOnMe.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without refund if violations of these terms are found.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. TryItOnMe.com provides the service as is and is not responsible for sales results or business decisions made based on service usage.
6.2. We are not responsible for data loss, device damage, or other disruptions that occur due to the use of the service.
6.3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time with or without prior notice.

7.1. TryItOnMe.com may update or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
