At TryItOnMe.com, we provide virtual try-on services for businesses in the jewelry, eyewear, watches, and headgear industries. This Return and Refund Policy outlines our terms regarding subscription services and virtual asset creation.
Subscription Services
No-Refund Policy for Virtual Try-On Creation
Once we have created virtual try-on assets for your products (SKUs), we do not offer refunds. This policy exists because:
- Each virtual try-on asset is custom-developed specifically for your products
- Significant resources are allocated to creating the virtual try on experience
- The creation process involves specialized labor that cannot be reversed
Subscription Plans
For our Starter, Basic, and Professional subscription plans:
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- No Prorated Refunds: We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused portions of your current billing cycle.
- Content Access: Upon cancellation, you will lose access to your virtual try-on experiences at the end of the paid billing period.
Exceptions
Technical Failures
If our virtual try-on platform experiences significant technical failures that prevent your customers from accessing your virtual try-on experience for more than 72 consecutive hours, you may be eligible for account credits as outlined in our Service Level Agreement.
Pre-Development Cancellation
If you cancel your order before we begin the development of your virtual try-on assets, you may be eligible for a refund minus an administrative fee (20% of the total order value).
Process for Concerns
If you have concerns about the quality of your virtual try-on experience:
- Contact our customer support team at hello@tryitonme.com within 7 days of delivery
- Provide specific details about any technical issues or quality concerns
- Our team will review your concerns and may offer:
- Adjustments to your virtual try-on assets
- Additional optimization services
- Account credits toward future services
Subscription Plan Changes
Upgrades
- You may upgrade your subscription plan at any time
- The new rate will be prorated and charged immediately
- No fees apply for upgrading your plan
Downgrades
- You may downgrade your subscription at the end of your current billing cycle
- Changes to lower-tier plans take effect at renewal
